1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the kg992 platform — including its casino games, sports betting products, crash games, and payment facilities — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and kg992. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use this platform.

These terms apply to all users of the kg992 platform regardless of the device used to access it, including mobile phones, tablets, and desktop browsers. These terms apply equally to players accessing the English version and the Bengali version of the platform. Use of any kg992 product or service — including browsing game lobbies, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing a wager — constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on kg992, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period your account remains open:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players aged below 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any real-money service on kg992, including bonuses, promotions, and sports betting products.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise permitted under applicable local law to use online casino and sports betting services. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of kg992 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an existing employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of kg992 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners.
• You must not have a previously closed, suspended, or self-excluded account on kg992. Opening a new account to circumvent a self-exclusion or suspension is a serious breach of these terms and may result in permanent banning and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and keep it updated throughout your account's lifetime. Providing false information — including false age, identity, or payment details — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each eligible player may register only one account on kg992. Multiple accounts per player — whether using the same or different personal details — are strictly prohibited. kg992 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.

Registration Requirements

• A valid Bangladesh mobile number (11-digit, beginning with 01) is required for registration and is used as the primary account identifier and for SMS verification.
• You must create a password of at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. You are responsible for keeping this password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• An email address is required for account correspondence and password recovery. You must ensure this address is active and accessible.
• kg992 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or if suspicious activity is detected. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

Account Security Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your kg992 account at all times. The following obligations apply to all registered players:

• Do not share your login credentials (mobile number and password) with any third party under any circumstances. kg992 will never ask you for your password via SMS, email, or chat.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact kg992 customer support immediately and use the Lock Account option in your account settings.
• On shared or public devices, always log out before closing the browser to prevent unauthorised access to your account and BDT balance.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on kg992 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no currency conversion step — your account balance, deposits, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are all denominated in BDT. The following payment terms apply to all registered players.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though kg992 reserves the right to apply transaction-level limits during promotional periods or for risk management purposes.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select Bangladesh bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank). The available methods are shown on the Deposit screen after login.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation by your mobile wallet or bank. kg992 is not responsible for delays caused by the third-party payment provider.
• You must only deposit using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — using another person's bKash, Nagad, or bank account — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and investigation.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are paid to the same mobile wallet or bank account used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. kg992 may request that you verify ownership of your payment method before processing a withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 10 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Any active bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirement are not withdrawable and will be cancelled if a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is satisfied. Only cleared real-money balances are withdrawable.
• kg992 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This may include requesting proof of identity and source of funds documentation. These checks are conducted in compliance with anti-money-laundering best practices.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

kg992 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players. The following terms apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise in its individual terms:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms at the time of the offer.
• Bonuses are credited in BDT and are only available to players who have completed registration and any applicable KYC verification. New players who have not made their first deposit are not eligible for reload bonuses.
• A bonus may only be claimed once per player per promotion period. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• kg992 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled while a player has an active bonus balance, the bonus portion will be removed but any real-money balance will be unaffected.
• Bonuses credited as part of a welcome offer are subject to a minimum qualifying deposit as specified in the welcome offer terms. Free spins awarded as part of a promotion expire within the timeframe stated in that promotion's terms and any winnings from expired free spins are void.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All casino games, sports betting markets, and crash games available on kg992 operate under the following fair play principles:

• Slot games, table games, and crash games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently audited for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are determined by the game provider and are available on each game's information page.
• Live casino games (including live roulette, live blackjack, live baccarat, and live game shows) are conducted by human dealers in certified studios. Their outcomes are determined by physical actions and are streamed in real time.
• Sports betting outcomes are settled based on official results from recognised governing bodies (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.). In the event of a dispute, the result published by the relevant governing body at the time of settlement is final.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game session, kg992 will attempt to restore the game to its last verifiable state. If restoration is not possible, the affected round will be voided and any staked funds returned to your account balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kg992 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit platform features in a way that provides an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players or with external parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event offered on kg992.
• Using the kg992 platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to obscure the origin of funds or to assist a third party in evading financial reporting requirements.
• Registering or attempting to register more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your registered account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing kg992 customer support staff or other players via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media directed at kg992.
• Exploiting any software bugs, errors, or display glitches on the kg992 platform to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error are void. Players are required to report bugs to support immediately upon discovery.

kg992's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding. Players who believe a decision has been made in error may submit a formal complaint to [email protected] within 30 days of the decision. Complaints submitted outside this window may not be considered.

8. Responsible Gaming

kg992 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides the following tools to all registered players at no charge, accessible directly from account settings without requiring a support request:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased instantly; increases require a 7-day cooling period.
• Loss limits — set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period. When the limit is reached, further real-money betting is suspended for the remainder of that period.
• Session time limits — set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out. A session time alert can also be configured to notify you before the limit is reached.
• Self-exclusion — exclude your account for a defined period (30, 60, 90, or 180 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Permanent exclusion is irreversible.

9. Intellectual Property

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any kg992 content is strictly prohibited.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the kg992 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to download platform content, reverse-engineer any software component, or use kg992 branding in any external context without written authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kg992 excludes liability for the following:

• Any loss of funds arising from a player's own gaming decisions, including wagering amounts, game selection, and timing of bets. kg992 does not guarantee any minimum return and all real-money gaming involves risk of loss.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party service failures, or events outside kg992's reasonable control including internet service provider failures, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage arising from use of or inability to use the kg992 platform, even if kg992 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Actions taken in good faith by kg992 to enforce these Terms & Conditions, including account suspension, bonus forfeiture, and withdrawal of promotional offers, where such actions are taken based on evidence of a breach.

11. Amendments to These Terms

kg992 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kg992 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors or minor clarifications that do not alter player rights) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the kg992 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure via [email protected] before the effective date of the change.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the kg992 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kg992 operates as a platform targeted at the Bangladesh market and endeavours to conduct its operations in a manner consistent with good industry practice and fair player treatment.

Players who are not satisfied with the resolution may escalate their complaint in writing within 30 days of the initial determination.
